The fact that this is being allowed is a travesty. These are the people who charged into buildings that had been hit by planes, Risked their lives to evacuate people, And watched those towers fall while 343 of their own were trapped inside. The fact that these brave men and women are not being given first row seats to this thing makes me sick and I really hope someone changes it.

Another Summer Playlist
This one is a little happier. At least in tone. Lyrically it’s probably still sad, but whatever. The focus today is on Stax records, a record label in Memphis responsible for some of the greatest soul ever recorded. If you have any interest in Soul or Blues at all, Stax is a label you absolutely need to check out. Otis Redding, Albert King, Booker T and the MG’s. The list could go on....
